Please Note: These prices includes all linen, towels and electricity.

Terms & Conditions

• Prices quoted are per week. All lets are from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise stated. Prices include all electricity, linen and towels.
• The house will be available from 4.00 pm subject to unavoidable delays. The house must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Guests are requested to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition.
• A deposit of £100 is required to reserve a week. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the week or weeks booked. We recommend that holiday cancellation insurance is taken out in case of any problems you may encounter. Details will be sent with your booking confirmation. Cheques should be made payable to D & S Greaves
• All breakages must reported to the owners. Only major breakages will be charged.
• If, for reasons beyond our control, we cannot let the cottage for the week booked, all payments will be refunded in full and you will have no claim against us.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry at any time to any person who in our opinion is not suitable to occupy the cottage.
• Whilst every care is taken to ensure the details are correct we cannot accept responsibility for any errors.

Pets

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and are charged at £10 per pet per week. We request that they are kept off all furniture and are not allowed in bedrooms.
